Bobby spent more than 20 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring at the age of 40 as a Lieutenant-Colonel. Throughout his career in the Army, Bobby held several command appointments, culminating as the Commander of the 54th Singapore Armoured Brigade. His experience in the Army prepared him with deep knowledge in operations management.
After leaving the Army, Bobby spent 2.5 years as the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Badminton Association. During his stint there, Bobby saw the association achieve its first ever Women’s Singles Gold Medal at the SEA Games, successfully retained the rights to hold the Badminton World Federation ( BWF) Super-series event and helped the Association with several fund raising efforts.
Prior to joining Medinex, Bobby was the CEO of Northeast Health International Pte Ltd, managing a chain of general practitioner clinics and the pharmaceutical supplies business.
